General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Matt Empson and Terry with Caribbean Pool Services. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. NOTE: Waterway 640-231x equalizer line cover is a dummy cover. Will need to be removed and line plugged per state guidelines before the cover expires 7/1/2024. NOTE: 911 operator had difficulty hearing me. This is a repeat issue. Operator has turned the phone up as loud as he could. Recommend replacing the phone. Observed broken glass on the pool deck beside a lounge chair. Maintain pool/spa area free of broken glass. - Removed by operator. Filter pressure > 30 psi, flow low. Ensure equipment and proper turnover is maintained. Operator plans to replace the sand this summer. Permit issued. No Night Swimming “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
