General Comments

Inspection conducted with Matt Empson and Terry with Caribbean Pool Services. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. 911 had difficulty hearing me. Recommend adjusting the volume. This was noted on the previous inspection. Broken glass between pool and spa. Ensure that pool and spa deck are free of broken glass. Corrected. Recommend thoroughly cleaning the pool and spa. Algae growing on pool walls and ladders. Brush pool regularly. Office and restrooms closed due to COVID-19 precautions. Did not inspect restrooms. Would recommend providing restrooms to bathers. Note: Waterway 640-231xv eq cover on sunshelf will need to be removed and the line abandoned prior to the cover expiration date. Cover installed 7/2017 - expires 7/2024. Permit issued. No Night Swimming “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
