4. Observed roll of paper on floor under boys 4/5th grade urinal. Observed yogurt splattered on floor in same restroom. 5. Observed water collecting on floor behind commode in 4/5th grade hall restroom. 7. Observed boxes stored on floor (paper rolls) in storage closet off main hallway. Observed PreK boxed items stored on floor in storage closets down PreK hallway. 11. Observed disinfectant wipes present in reach of children in room C11 and C7. Kids were not present during time of inspection. Mr. Thomas was present during inspection.
