General Comments

Justin Clowers present during the inspection. No signature due to COVID-19 restrictions. Permit issued for no night swimming. Pool to remain closed to public until order restictions are lifted. Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order. Could not verify ASSE1013 due to deterioration of placard. Mirrors could not be verified as shatterproof.
