15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
Observed no paper towels and soap in one of the employees hand sink in laundry/break room. Observed no paper towels at the other hand sink in the corner of laundry room. ENSURE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS ARE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIME AT ALL HAND SINKS. |

Observed old dirty carpets in one of the storage rooms stored on the floor. Need to clean and clear the space to prevent any possible contamination. |
