Observed an in-use house keeping cart on the 2nd floor with quat sanitizer at 0ppm. Ensure that quat sanitizer is dispensed at 200-400ppm concentration.**Sanitizing solutions shall consist of iodophors, quaternary ammonium or other chemicals or methods that are equivalent to the action of 50 parts per million chlorine solution. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (b). |
