General CommentsInspection completed with Miguel Gonzalez Moya present. Permit suspended for items listed below. Once these are corrected, contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to verify and reopen pool. 1. Chlorine at 0.2ppm. Maintain at 1.0ppm or higher. 2. The pH at 6.8. Maintain between 7.2 and 7.8. Items below are intent to suspend items. Correct these items or the health department will issue an intent to suspend the pool permit within 30 days. 1. Door from conference center to pool deck not self-closing or self-latching. This door also has a hand turned dead bolt. Replace hand turned deadbolt with keyed deadbolt so it is no longer easily accessible. Note- observed body hook screws rusted and threaded portion of screw facing in towards body hook. Recommend rotating screws 180 degrees so long threaded portion does not injure someone. Permit conditions- Flow meter must remain operable with flow at 93 GPM to 104 GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of the 2 inch pipe. Flow greater than 119 GPM is a suction hazard for the drain covers.
