POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED PERMIT DECAL. POST PERMIT DECAL AND PAPER POOL PERMIT DOCUMENT AT THE POOL. THE PAPER PERMIT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS ON THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT POOL WEBSITE. NEW PDSC FORM INFORMATION WAS VERIFIED DURING THE INSPECTION. PERMIT RESTRICTIONS: FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERABLE WITH FLOW 93 GPM TO 104 GPM TO MEET TURNOVER AND FLOW RESTRICTION OF THE 2” PIPE. FLOW GREATER THAN 119 GPM IS SUCTION HAZARD FOR DRAIN COVERS. MAIN DRAINS EXPIRE 5/9/30 EQ LINE COVERS EXPIRE 4/15/30
