CONTINUE TO FOLLOW ALL RELEVANT COVID RULES POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED THEIR PERMIT STICKER. PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-LINE FOR DOWNLOAD AND PRINTING AT OUR POOLS WEBSITE. POST PERMIT AND STICKER WERE VISIBLE AT POOL AREA. CPO AGREED TO EMAIL COPY OF REPORT NO SIGNATURE DUE TO COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS. OBSERVED GROUND WIRE DISCONNECTED FROM MOTOR. WIRE WAS RECONNECTED. ENSURE GROUND WIRE STAYS CONNECTED FOR SAFETY.
