Observed cabinet door loose at kitchen sink. Keep all food service equipment clean and in good repair. 8. Observed damaged toilet seat at end of hall restroom. Keep toilet seat in good repair. 10. Observed clothes stored on floor in rooms and closet areas. Keep all storage off floor. 11. Observed carpets stained in rooms. Keep carpet free of stains.
