Observed several units including inside cooler #5, #8, #2, and 25 holding food items > 41F (see temp chart). Work order has been placed for all units. CDI: some food items were discarded and ice packets were placed on top of other food items. Compliance visit required in 10 days to ensure coolers are working properly and maintaining proper temperature of 41F/below.
