General CommentsPOOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED THE PERMIT DECAL. PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-LINE AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WEBSITE. DISPLAY THE PERMIT AND DECAL AT THE POOL DECK AREA. POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. SWIMMING IS ONLY ALLOWED FROM DAWN TO DUSK.
