2 - General Comment - Chlorine high and bleached out low chlorine test kit. Greater than 10 ppm. Recommend using less than 10 ppm chlorination to eliminate skin irritation. 6 - General Comment - One screw missing from main drain. Replace. Drain has 3 of 4 screws. 22 - General Comment - Emergency phone has listed phone automatically dials 911. Remove labeling as phone is a push to call phone.
