General Comments

Inspection completed with Keith Howard present. Permit conditions - Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 3450 RPM with flow meter reading no greater than 104 GPM to meet flow restriction of the return pipe. Turnover required at 100 GPM. Pump is not meeting turnover. If clarity issues occur, a pump change may be required in the future. If the flow meter exceeds 119 GPM this is a suction hazard due to drain cover flow restriction.
