POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. OBSERVED SIGN THAT STATED POOL HOURS WERE 10AM TO 8PM. POOL HOURS CANNOT REFLECT ALLOWING THE POOL TO BE OPEN AFTER SUNSET OR BEFORE SUNRISE. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE THE POOL EVALUATED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING, CONTACT C. ELMORE AT 704-507-6814 TO SCHEDULE EVALUATION. WITHOUT NIGHT SWIMMING APPROVAL, POOL CANNOT BE OPEN AFTER DUSK OR BEFORE DAWN. PERMIT RESTRICTIONS: FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERABLE. FLOW REQUIRED AT 3450 RPM WITH FLOW METER READING NO GREATER THAN 104 GPM TO MEET FLOW RESTRICTION OF THE RETURN PIPE. TURNOVER REQUIRED AT 100 GPM. PUMP IS NOT MEETING TURNOVER. IF CLARITY ISSUES MAY REQUIRE CHANGE IN THE FUTURE. IF FLOW METER EXCEEDS 119 GPM SUCTION HAZARD DUE TO DRAIN COVER FLOW RESTRICTION.
