General CommentsPOOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION. STICKER ISSUED. POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. IF NIGHT SWIMMING IS DESIRED, A NIGHT SWIMMING EVALUATION MUST BE PERFORMED. CONTACT C. ELMORE AT 704-507-6814 FOR THIS EVALUATION IF NIGHT SWIMMING IS DESIRED. “issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120, 138, 141 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-LINE SO THAT IT CAN BE PRINTED OUT BY THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT. IT MUST BE PRINTED OUT AND POSTED WHERE IT IS VISIBLE FROM THE POOL DECK AREA. NO SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED DUE TO COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING C . ELMORE VERIFIED THE IN-FIELD PLAN REVIEW ITEMS. 1. PUMP IS AN INTELLIFLO VSF 011056, 3HP PUMP SET TO 3110RPM, SPEED 4. IT IS NOT 2HP AS LISTED IN THE PDSC SPREADSHEET. THIS MAY REQUIRE CORRECTION ON THE PDSC FORM. IT WAS NOT TAKEN AS A VIOLATION. 2. MAIN DRAIN, SKIMMER, AND RETURN LINES ARE ALL 2" PIPE. 3. MAIN DRAIN COVERS ARE TWO PARAMOUNT SDX2 COVERS. 4. EQ LINE COVERS ARE FOUR AQUASTAR 6HPHAXXX COVERS. 5. FILTER IS A TR140C, NOT A TR100C. AFTER DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR SPECIALIST OF MCHD IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE.
