General Comments-Reminder: Microwave should be cleaned every 24hours; no points taken due to increased cleaning and much improvement by PIC to physical facilities over all. -Recommend a review of opening procedures to determine if unit has had a chance to regulate temps; spoke with PIC about turning on the unit first thing at 830am when she arrives and keeping lids shut.

CDI - Moved TCS foods from prep top to the WIC to cool; when checked later all were cooled at proper rate. Fresh products with internal temp of 38F or below brought out from the WIC and placed in the veggie prep. PIC and EHS monitored the unit to make sure it was cooling properly during visit; unit was able to keep food at 41F properly it just needed time regulate. *Repeat
