General Comments

Inspection conducted with David Herrera. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Gap between equalizer line covers and the wall. Recommend installing tightly to pool wall or filling the gap with caulking, underwater sealant, or compable solution to eliminate entrapment hazard. Deck drains cracked, deck chipping, and deck raised in places. Maintain deck in good condition with no gaps or offsets > 1/2". Rocks in skimmer baskets. Use only NSF approved skimmer baskets. Recommend removing rocks and using NSF approved weighted baskets designed for pool use. Recommend adding an arrow directing bathers to the location of the emergency phone or removing the emergency phone sign by the screened in porch. Permit issued. No night swimming. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
