Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed Microban cleaner and other chemical cleaners that state "Keep out of Reach of Children" stored on low shelving in kindergarten classroom. EHS advises school to store hazardous items according to manufacturers guidance. |
