Observed cleaning and/or touch-up paint needed on the walls and baseboards of all restrooms. Observed cleaning needed on the restroom floors. Observed a hole in the wall in the upstairs bathroom on the right-hand side.
**Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).
**Floors of toilet facilities shall be impervious and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (c).
GENERAL COMMENT:
Observed urine appearing to be dried on the back of the toilet in the downstairs men's bathroom. Observed urine appearing to be dried on the back and the base of the toilet in the upstairs restrooms without storage closet.
**Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). |

Observed dust build-up and cleaning needed on the ledges of walls in the garage classrooms and on window sills throughout building. Observed cleaning needed on floors in the cracks and crevices of classrooms and behind furniture. Observed broken floor vent in room D4.
