3-304.15(A) - Gloves, Use Limitation: Discard gloves after a task is complete or any time they are damaged or soiled. P Observed food employee have single use gloves on and was handling cell phone. Without discarding gloves, employee then began to touch equipment and back to food handling. CDI, EHS educated the employee and gloves were discarded. |
