3-501.16(A)(2) Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. -P. Observed walk in cooler cold holding at 45F. CDI, some TCS food items were placed in walk in cooler, some voluntarily discarded. PIC called maintenance to come and fix unit, EHS will make a follow up visit to ensure cooler is holding at proper temperature.
