.2528(a) Ground level windows shall not open greater than 4" on to pool deck or child protected by audible alarm. Observed ground level windows that lead directly onto pool deck that were not self-closing, self-latching, or audibly alarmed. CDI- windows were audibly alarmed.
.2528(a) Access gates shall swing away from the pool and be self-latching, self-closing unless an attendant AND lifeguard are present. Observed entrance gate not self closing. CDI - gate was adjusted to so that it now self closes. |
