Reattach back flow prevention device on hose bib near grill area. Back flow prevention device was laying on counter near grill. #26. Relabel fading marking on piping to pump/filter. #25. Light bulb in light fixture in chemical room replaced at time of inspection. Mr. Hutch present at time of inspection. Contact emergency management in regards to the address they have listed within the system.
