3-501.17 Date mark/label all TCS foods that are ready-to-eat once opened or prepared and held more than 24hrs. -Pf Did not observe a date mark on oat milk and cooked beans in the reach in cooler. PIC stated beans were cooked yesterday evening and oat milk was opened this Morning. CDI-Items were properly date marked.
