4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P
Observed low QAC sanitizer at 3-compartment sink- 0ppm. PIC attempted priming dispenser, switching sanitizer containers, and different water temperature but no success. PIC placed service order during inspection. EHS will return within 3 days to verify unit repaired and able to properly dispense QAC sanitizer solution. VERIFICATION REQUIRED. |
