General CommentsNOTE: no temperatures recorded for deli meats at sub prep line. This is due to employees pulling majority of product from line and moving to blast chiller to protect against any cold holding issues. EHS discussed that this is not an accurate representation of cold holding in facility if this process is done during health inspections. Store manager will discuss with employees, will ensure products at sub line are not pulled and moved to blast chiller during quarterly inspections.
