Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol spray and Clorox wipes stored in reach of children in several classroom. Both bottles have additional warnings to include, "keep out of reach of children". Observed the janitors closet on second floor unlocked with hazards chemicals stored inside. |
