CDI-dated. Ensure meat that is cooked and frozen immediately still has a date label.
3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed cooked meat held past 7 days. According to PIC, the date label was not changed. CDI-date changed. REPEAT. |
