Observed minor food residue inside of handwashing sink by in store makeline line and small amounts of tomatoes and cilantro in handwashing sink by to go makeline. CDI-PIC cleaned out sinks. Ensure handwashing sinks are clean at all times and are only used for handwashing. |

5-501.113(B) Keep dumpster, outside waste containers covered with tight-fitting lids or doors. Observed cardboard dumpsters with open lids in enclosure due to overflow of cardboard boxes. PIC stated that trash company has missed pick up and that it’s the second time that company has missed pick up in the last couple months. Facility receives twice a week pick up. |
