NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #29. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed chemical storage closet door not pushed all the way closed to allow door to latch and lock. No children were present in the area during time of inspection. EHS encouraged Director to assure all hazardous chemicals are properly locked. *NOTE: Director Ms. Williams was present during time of inspection. She signed for inspection report and report was emailed to her at asa.williams@ymcacharlotte.org
