Observed no thermometers inside commercial refrigerators. **Provide an accurate thermometer in all refrigerators. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (h) 17. (CRITICAL) Observed the gate to the kitchen was left open; hot water at the kitchen sink was 135F. Keep gate to kitchen closed at all times due to access to hot water in excess of 120F. **Hot water at areas accessible to children shall not exceed 120°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e).
