Sandra McPhaul was present during the inspection.#15 - Observed the hot water at the kitchen 2 compartment sink was 119.2F. Adjust hot water at kitchen sink so that it is at least 120F. **The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e).#18 - Observed the backflow prevention device on the can wash(boys restroom) with a severe leak. **Keep back flow prevention device in good repair. **Maintain backflow prevention on all hose bibs and threaded faucets. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (c).#37 - Observed a base tile in the boys restroom was broken. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.#44 - Observed the dumpster had no lids. **Keep dumpster lids and doors closed to prevent insect and vermin nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d).
