Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed urine around the base of the toilet in the Leopards classroom. No demerits assessed because all other classrooms toilets were clean. Emailed Amy Italiano a copy of the inspection. Tina Townsend-Strong and Peggy Reisberg accompanied REHS during the inspection.
