15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed dust on AC vent at the wall in room 460, 367. Need cleaning and keep clean. Observed food residues in microwave room 236, and rusted microwave in room 333. Observed broken or misplaced shelf inside cabinet in kitchenette area in room 460. Need cleaning, repair or replace as see fit. |

15A NCAC 18A .1827(g) A storage area shall be provided for building and ground maintenance tools and supplies and stored in a manner to aoid contamination of food and food contact surfaces, linen, and single-use articles. Observed boxes of linens, single used items stored on the floor in the storage room 4th floor. Housekeeping manager is currently working on them, all items will be off and above the floor to prevent any possible cross contamination. |
