15A NCAC 18A .1825 (c ) A handwashing sink, located to allow use by employees handling clean and soiled linen, shall be provided. This requirement shall be effective one year after the effective date of this Rule. Current utility sink is used for more than just handwashing. Either make the sink "handwashing only" or provide anthoer sink for handwashing. |

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed stains on sofa cushions in rooms 612, 504, 506, 403, 409, and 306. Observed stains on mattress of sofa in room 314, observed torn mattress on sofa in room 306. Also, observed stains on carpet in room 403, and 306. |

15A NCAC 18A .1826(i) The premises and guest rooms shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the premises and eliminating harborage conditions. Observed tall grass and weeds on premises in front and behind building. Manager stated that a lawncare company will be notified soon. |
