General Comments

General Comment: #10. Observed flaking paint on ceiling above shower areas in several room. Flaking paint was removed and ceiling was touched-up at time of inspection. Continue to monitor and address any flaking paint above shower.**Floors, walls, and ceilings located in lavatories and baths shall be cleanable, durable, and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (c). #27. Observed loose leg on table in room 409 and damaged cushion on chair in room 207. Tighten loose leg on table and replace damaged cushion on chair.**Furniture, fixtures, carpets and other accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).#31. Observed several boxes of new linen stored on the floor in fifth floor storage room. Work deliveries up as soon as possible. No storage on the floor! Boxes of new linen was stored on shelving in fourth floor storage room at time of inspection!**Clean linen and supplies shall be stored in cabinets, or on shelves in linen and supply storage rooms. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (b). #33. Observed recyclable dumpster missing lids and holes in base of recyclable dumpster. REPLACE RECYCLABLE DUMPSTER! Observed doors opened on trash dumpster. Keep lid and door closed on dumpster!**All garbage and trash shall be collected and stored in covered containers in such a manner as not to create a nuisance. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (a).**Garbage and trash storage containers shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (a).
