15A NCAC 18A .1826 (c) Sinks, vanities, toilets, and showers in guest rooms shall be cleaned and sanitized between guests. Observed facility is using bathroom cleaner and not sanitizer. Facility has sanitizer in dispenser but it is not on house keeping carts. Needs to use sanitizer.
15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed torn chair in room 1566 and observed some peeling on bed frames. Manager had chair replaced and stated facility is planning a remodel this year and replacing bed frames. |
