General Comments

All other items for prep were in the freezer or non -TCS (herbs, sauces, bread, fruit). Employees were prepping herbs , vegetables, noodles and sauces for dinner. Facility will be open from 5pm-10pm, Tues-Sun Facility will be closed on Mondays. Facility will be adding another area for coffee in la fete. City Lights is now connected to La Fete. City Lights removed the burger sliders and replaced them with pre-made spring rolls.
