Ensure that all cans being held for credit are stored in areas separate and apart from foods and food contact surfaces. -CDI- Dented canned food was voluntarily discarded. |

4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Obtained lowboy door on lowboy near the deli slicers not maintained in good repair. Observed rags placed below the condenser on the pizza lowboy to soak up dripping condensation. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good repair. EHS notes that PIC stated that there has been a work order placed for both of these items. |
