4-601.11(C )/4-602.13 Keep the equipment clean to avoid build up of dust, food residue or debris. Observed some areas of rust colored buildup on stainless steel trim just interior of the sliding doors on the fish display case. Buildup was more noticeable under the clear sealant near the edges of the stainless steel trim. |
