5-205.11 Maintain access to handsinks. Handsinks may only be used for handwashing.-Pf. Observed handsink near produce side of seafood room was blocked with four cases of seafood being received. Cases sat in front of sink for at least 3 minutes before being moved. CDI - cases moved into cooler. Discussed issue with PIC. |
