Also observed employees change gloves multiple times without washing their hands. The ambient air of the unit is 65F on the top and in the lowboy cooler. PIC stated that the items were put in the unit at 9:30 am. CDI All items were put in the WIC to cool back down. Also observed that the ranch packets sitting on the counter were above 41F. CDI PIC voluntarily discarded.
