3-305.11 Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises - C. All foods shall be stored at least six inches off the floor to prevent contamination from the premises. Observed a box of brussel sprouts and whipped topping being stored on the floor upon arrival. PIC stated that the delivery of the box of brussel sprouts and the box of whipped topping came at 8:00am. CDI- both the whipped topping and the brussel sprouts boxes were moved into the walk in freezer/cooler and were stored six inches off the floor. |
