4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed dish machine is not operating properly. Sanitizer level is coming out at 0 ppm sanitizer. Facility was not using dish machine at the time of inspection. PIC stated they will be using the 3-compartment sink to W/R/S all dishes until a technician comes out to repair the dish machine. |
