Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed water fountains with black mildew on surfaces, crevices and spouts in 3-8 grade hallway intron of restrooms. Detail cleaning needed and keep clean. At the same two fountains in front of the restrooms, observed water fountains separating from the wall. Caulking/repairing needed. Keep all fountains in good repair. Points remain the same at this time. |

Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed some hand sinks in the building starting to separate from the wall and leaving gaps, repairing/caulking maybe needed. Keep all sinks in good repair. Observed disrepair faucets, causing no water to be available for hand washing in restrooms and classroom restrooms (girl restroom by the gym, class 104/101/100, boy/girl restrooms 3-8 grade hallway. All hand washing supplies fixtures shall be in good repair to allow clean hands. Observed classroom sinks in class 104 need cleaning and keep clean.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no soap or disrepair soap dispensers in boy restroom main hall and girl restroom 3-8 grade hallway. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed disrepair/falling apart closet door in art room, repair needed. Observed a hole on wall behind the door by the gym in boy restroom. Repair needed. Observed water/mildew stain on ceiling tiles in class 222 by the gym, art room, main hallway. Observed damage and tear on ceiling tiles in the gym. Check for no active leaks. Repair/replace ceiling tiles needed. Points remain the same at this time. |
