Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed water fountains with pink/black mildew on surfaces, crevices and spouts throughout the facility. Need detail cleaning and keep clean. Observed water fountains separating from the wall in 3-8 building in front of restrooms, caulking/repairing needed. |

Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed two out of three empty soap dispensers in boy restroom in 3-8 building. Need refill and ensure all hand washing supplies available at all hand sinks at all time.
Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed one out of two disrepair faucet in girl restroom in multi-purpose room. Need repair/replace. |
