3-203.12 Retain tag on the bag of shellstock until empty. Record date on the tag when the last shellstock from the container is used. Store tags in chronological order for 90 days. -Pf Observed facility not recording date on tag when last shellstock from container is used, EHS observed on a few of the shellstock tags. Tags are being kept for 90 days, in chronological order, needs to ensure they are writing last date sold on tags. VR by 10/26/23 to ensure facility is consistently recording date on tag when last shellstock from container is used. |
