3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses. Observed a sanitizer spray bottles used for a quick sanitizing and wiping in between uses on cutting boards that have not been washed/rinsed, at 0ppm. CDI by re-filling at 200ppm. |
