2-401.11 Cover and store employee drinks to prevent contamination of food or utensils. Employees shall eat, drink, or use any form of tobacco only in designated areas where the contamination of exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, and linens or other items can not result. Observed an employees coffee cup and a McDonalds bag stored on a prep table next to the microwave with containers of spices. CDI by voluntary removal. |
